I recently ordered door from this site

I recently ordered door from this site. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one. Delivery guy was really polite and advised to just contact the company and they would sort it out. Contacted Samantha Barras who sorted replacement and arranged delivery there was no issues at all. Very polite and helpful company will be using again.

Ordered later in the day but was told…

Ordered later in the day but was told it would be next day delivery. Due to incorrect information from DHL looked like it would be delivered in four days. Contacted customer services who called me to advise they had been on contact with DHL and that this was a mistake and it was due for delivery as promised by them. They then followed up as soon as item was delivered to make sure everything was good. Rare customer service and very much appreciated
