Again I have Maria at Web's customer service to thank. I ran out of yarn at the end of a project (when will I learn!) Maria helped save the day by getting an extra skein to me just in time for the finished project to reach my granddaughter on her birthday.

I love Webs! When I lived in the Berkshires, I drove to the store often as it was such a sensual delight and the is such a huge variety. Also, help with any knitting questions was readily available. Now that I live in Florida, I always go to yarn.com first when looking for yarn and patterns. Recently I ordered yarn, paid for it, and was later informed that there were not the number I needed in the same dye lot. I was given a full refund. I subsequently found a different yarn and it is on its way. Big thanks to Lily.
