I spoke to a member of staff from companies house. I haven’t done accounts etc before and I explained that on the phone. She was rude and huffed all the time like I was an Inconvenience when I asked her explain again. I do not recommend.

My parcel didn’t arrive after next day delivery, I sent a complaint they said they would get back and haven’t called like they said.
