Good products and true to size. Some materials got me by surprise, since they were so thin so I would have liked to get this information already more clearly from the product pages. Parcel delivery lead time was okay, within a week from ordering.

Wrong products! They shipped me totally different items that I ordered and paid for and the claiming of the order with the customer service is a total disaster. they are unwilling to send me the pair of jeans that I have actually paid for and demand me to return the incorrectly shipped items beforehand with an incorrect return label (containing products i have ordered, even though I did not get them).

Our customer service team is already in contact with you, and as mentioned in the latest email from my colleague, we’ve offered to schedule a pickup from your home to make the return as convenient as possible. Of course, we’ll send you the correct pair of jeans as soon as the incorrect item has been dropped off or collected.
Just to clarify, the return label reflects the items from your original order, as that’s how the system registers it, even if the items you received were incorrect. While we always aim for a smooth and accurate process, mistakes can occasionally happen, but we're absolutely committed to making things right.
