Just been to Earfull in St Helens and was seen by a lovely guy called Ian I got my appointment date wrong and called Earful to change my appointment and they got me in today with no fuss.
Anyway when in for my appointment and was made very welcome by Ian he went through the questionnaire and then went through the process of cleaning my ears.
All the way through the procedure he made me feel at ease and made me feel very comfortable I will definitely recommend Earfull and will be going back in 12months time .
