Unable to use equipment
The gym itself was very good it was very up to date with equipment however I found people were just sitting on the equipment using their phones not allowing anyone else to use it! And nobody seemed to care! So I won’t be using PureGym in the future

Hi Julie - Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. Unfortunately, we are unable to monitor the usage of phones in our gyms, however if people are sitting on equipment we would advise approaching a member of staff on the floor who will be able to look into this at the time.
