Fast response when contacting over a water meter replacement. Good to see the company is also responding to public opinion on sewage and have implemented a massive investment plan to address this. It's clear the current leadership wants to resolve the issues of the past.

When I arrived a very pleasant young lady took a quick look and quickly determined the issue. She knew exactly what to do and carried the job out with care, professionalism and efficiency. She explained what she was doing all the way through the procedure. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes and walked out with my hearing restored. Great service. I hope I never have to go again as I've hated having a bunged up ear but would use Earful again without hesitation if needed.
