Avoid this company at all cost

i place my order on line from the 12 of December and i paid £9 for the delivery and until now i didn't receive it
i tried to contact them to get my money back but no replay
very poor customer service

Not great and over price

I went to Earful Stockport on the 6 of December at 4 o'clock and i wasn't very happy for the following reasons
*the man he serve me wasn't very friendly (i think his name is Joe)
*all the process take only 5 minutes
*the man didn't tell me if was wax or not and i had to ask him and he said yes
*this service is over price (£59)
*i didn't fell any improvement , i can fell stail wax inside

Firstly, I apologise if our clinician came across as unfriendly. This is not the level of professionalism or patient care we expect at Earful, and I will be addressing this with the team member involved.

Regarding the appointment length, microsuction can sometimes be completed in a short time, particularly if there is minimal wax present. However, our clinicians should always clearly explain their findings and what has been carried out. I am sorry that this was not communicated clearly and that you had to ask whether wax was present.

Our £59 fee reflects a full clinical appointment, including ear health assessment, specialist equipment, clinician expertise, infection control, and aftercare. We also offer a free follow up appointment if symptoms persist or if any residual wax is suspected, to ensure patients are fully satisfied with the outcome. In addition, we operate a price beat guarantee, and we are always happy to beat like for like services where applicable.

It is disappointing to hear that you did not feel any improvement following your appointment. If you still feel there may be residual wax, we would very much like the opportunity to reassess your ears and resolve this for you at no additional cost.

avoid this company at any cost

In the second of December i ordered box of brisa Maraquja for my son because he love it , i paid on line and i got the confirmation the order number is 3519021 , the next day i drove one and half hour (from Loughton to royal park) to collect it , i chocked by one man told me it is out of the stock with no apology or any explanation , i told hem why you didn't call me or send me an email to tell me he said he did but he was lying because i didn't receive any emails from them, and until now i didn't receive my money
very bad customer service and will never buy anything from them again so all my Portuguese family and friends

i never heard about this delivery…

i never heard about this delivery company before but i have to say they are much better than other big famous company they let me choose the day i want to receive my parcel and also they always update me the arriving time, also i have to say the driver was a very good and polite man he handle the parcel with care
