Made to feel comfortable and at ease immediately. Very knowledgeable and happy to give advice, suggest what might be the best course of action etc. having had issues in past years having my ears syringed I was a tad concerned, but no need to be here. Despite having to use some water as well as micro suction I had no issues. The water is very gentle compared to previous experiences at the doctors & I would be happy to have the water used again. It kinda tickles a bit!
Cannot fault the service I received and will definitely go back if the need arises.
