CallFluent AI have been really helpful with the questions I have had in setting up our outbound and inbound call agents.
It wasn't made clear to me when I signed up that I would need to purchase numbers via Twilio (hence the drop of 1 star) but apart from that, the support has been stellar.
I've gone through the detailed set-up for my agents and we have been testing them ready to go live this week.
I also had a very useful onboarding call with Ionut who was really helpful. Looking forward to getting started.
