Rang up Friday morning for an appointment asap as my ears were blocked with a build up of wax. I spoke to a member of staff who was very helpful and got me an appointment by 9.30am same day. The experience I had was painless and very professional. I saw a guy in the St Helens branch who was great (sorry forgot his name) but within half an hour he had the both cleared and my hearing was back to being crystal clear. Great service and would highly recommend this company. Excellent
