This place has gone down big time this…

This place has gone down big time this morning no water from any taps, massive hole in the men changing rooms and smelt and looked like it hasn't been cleaned in months and this is all before they close the PureGym down the road

Due to an external factor on 17/05, water supply had been affected within the area, but was restored on the same day. Misleading company

Booked with these in January to fit in march sent all pics of measurements and stairs as requested and gave them a £300 deposit on the morning of installation the fitter comes and said that they can only fit 3 drawers and not the tall boy next to the drawers as there isn't enough space so called the company back and spoke with Kian the guy I booked with he had a very different tone this time and said there's nothing we can do except go ahead and fit the 3 drawers and give us a slight discount. I spoke with my partner and we asked if we can have a refund as this is not what we were quoted for originally Kian very politly said the £300 is none refundable even though it was there error on there behalf so we really had no choice but to except just 3 drawers for £1000 which not what we had planned and the remainder of money was automatically taken I not would recommend this company to anyone as we are left with something we didn't sign up for they took a complaint and we are still waiting to hear.
