Great Desk, Disappointing Delivery
The desk itself is of very good quality, and I have no complaints about the product. Unfortunately, the delivery experience caused unnecessary stress.
The delivery was confirmed one day in advance via email and SMS, scheduled between 3:00 pm and 6:00 pm. I took a day off from work to wait for it. Later that evening, the delivery website stated that an attempt was made at 7:40 pm but no one was home, which is simply not true. I was at home all day, and my girlfriend was home as well.
As a result, I lost one day of my holiday. When I contacted customer support, I was told that the delivery could not be completed due to nearby construction. This explanation did not match the information shown on the delivery website, so it’s unclear what actually happened.
The desk was eventually delivered on the rescheduled date, and I am happy with the product. However, the delivery process was poorly handled and definitely needs improvement.
