Ahmed was very knowledgeable of the Monday.com programming and knew how to manipulate the interface to do what we really needed. Their pricing was slightly higher, but well worth the cost. Don't be afraid to spend a few hundred dollars more, in the end it will save thousands if not more. There was a point where we messed up the programing and they came to the rescue, expedited the update and got us back on track at no extra charge. They were willing to work with our short timeline which was such a relief.
