there are a few issues which I can…

there are a few issues which I can mention as follow
some Equipments in the gym are pretty old or do not function as they should and (repair????)
Lockers are mostly broken and not safe at all.
there are no employed staff present regularly.
better management would be appropriate.

Hi there - Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment are fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym.
