Would prefer to give 0 stars

Would prefer to give 0 stars. Complete waste of a company. Only lines staffed are the useless ones that direct you to automated lines. Say they attempted delivery when they blatantly havnt and just hang up the phone. Business package delayed by days costing company money and all you get it dim-witted people who know nothing direct you to automated phone lines. Waste of time and money they need closing down

Blatant government rip off cheers

You pay to register a company then you have to pay a yearly fee for literally nothing. Even the women on the phone admitted its just a charge the government give because they can. Meant to be for services they offer but you have to do everything yourself. Yet more evidence of the uk government just full on taking the mick out of everyone. Complete disgrace.

The most useless builders merchants in…

The most useless builders merchants in the uk. Over priced every one of them works in a different way and they keep massive amounts of stock in one location and none in others. Surprised its still in business with how crap it is

Shockingly useless company

Still trying to get through to management. Never able to get through to anything other than the new start up line. Everyone that answers constantly says different things. I've recieved threatening emails and text about court action yet for some reason a manager is never able to speak to anyone. They want nearly 200 a month for little 50 quid jobs and sales calls. It is a blatant money grab and a scam. Callbacks requested at least 15 to 20 times never recieved any call backs at All. They just tell they'll request a call back. When they try to put your through to the right department it just hangs up. Absolutely disgrace of a company and they all need sacking and the company closing.
In response to reply 5 days I've been waiting for a month for a call back so 5 days is clearly a lie. I stayed in the que by pressing 1 and it rang me back 2 days later and said no one available and hung up. Stop lying and actually have people do thier job. It's really not that difficult to phone someone

Would give negative stars if could

Would give negative stars if could. Lure you in with deals that they then change. Your paying to essentially recieve spam sales calls. When you raise a complaint it gets ignored time and time again. There's apparently never a manager ever available. The only office that has the phones manned is the one to sign up and give them money, every other department just has supposedly endless ques of people even when only just opened. The WhatsApp branch is even worse constantly changes who your talking to and absolutely nothing gets raised. They are here simply to take your money then ignore you. Steer clear of all costs nothing but a blatant scam and rip off.
In reply to checkatrades response my issues were first raised a month ago and are only now being shoddily dealt with as I keep ringing them. The WhatsApp service is pointless and no-one there actually want to sort anything out been waiting on a managers phone call for bout 3 week. Not a word heard
