My appointment was at 4.15 pm today .
The nurse made me feel at ease and talked me through the treatment. She was very kind and gentle during the procedure.
She was very thorough and excellent at her job .Thank you so much nurse I can now hear again .I highly recommend this service and the staff are wonderful.

The clinician I saw was very polite and explained everything to me .He examined my ears and gave me advice and treatment. He then booked me another follow up appointment all included in the set fee .
He was ,kind ,understanding and very caring .
I would definitely recommend.

I purchased a cardigan that cost 25 pounds. It arrived in the incorrect size .
It is extremely poor quality material.
It is very itchy material and a very cheap looking cardigan .
It's advertised as Icelandic cardigan and looks thick material and very warm .
This isn't how it looked when It arrived.
Its very thin material and nothing like the photo advertised.
I asked for a refund .They replied by saying the factory is in China ,it will cost alot of money in postage .They said even if it is tracked it could get lost in transit .
No offer of a refund .Yet it says refunds given on the website .
Please be careful buying from this business .
I don't recommend it at all .
The cardigan is going to a charity shop .
Total cost 35 pounds .
I wont ever buy from this company again.
Please beware .
