Why is pure gym using Women to clean the men’s changing rooms and men’s showers. Are men doing the same in woman showers.

Hi Gary - Thank you for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. I am sorry to hear about your experience at the gym. We do have male cleaners who may need to enter the changing rooms or male staff in cases of an emergency, but they are not able to enter without notice. They must knock before entering to ensure that it is safe for them to enter out of respect for the female members and staff. The same applies for male changing rooms with female cleaners.
