worst airline ever. They're supposed to be the cheapest but then they charge you like $100 for a small carry on bag (which they don't tell you until after you've paid for your tickets), and they don't let you pick your seats even after checking in 24 hours before because they just try to upsell you everything to make their money. It's super annoying, I would've rather just paid more for a proper airline. Everything about their site and process sucks and it's clear they just want to upsell you. There's like 5 pages of things you have to click through convincing you to buy insurance and seat selection and food and transportation and speed fees and on and on... Super annoying. Shitty experience. Wouldn't recommend. Also they make you download the app to get the boarding pass. Even though the technology clearly exists to just make it easy to add to mobile wallet. They just want you to have the app because they can upsell you more stuff and the company is worth more if there are a bunch of people with the app...
