Dealt with Rachael Shaw from start to finish in the purchase my new car and she was outstanding 😁completely knowledgeable about the car and very friendly to deal with over the phone so much so you felt you was dealing with her in person😁got back to any requests I had about car/finance asap and whole process was a pleasure to deal with her

Told coming Friday .Nothing.Told item back in Radlett 1am .Nothing Saturday at all again.Calked to chase up .Told that will put parcel on for VIP on Sunday as Friday driver was robbed.Notvsurecwhy nothing happened Saturday as whole day missed out to deliver,time sensitive parcel as going on holiday Tuesday.Tokd 100% Sunday 8-12.Still nothing Sunday .Calked call ce tre again .Futst employee Jackson on Saturday was excellent t .the o e on Sunday was awful .he did t understand anything ,never had a clue where parcel was or what has happened,then shut me down as did t like I called the service rubbish ,which it was and still is as I still do t know where parcel is?told to co tact Lacoste which I have and they are not happy at all,so can’t do no more .told coming Sunday but that’s too late really so has to go to my neighbour as I’m away on holiday,so terrible service and Lacoste will be chasing yourself up and I’d like a compensation of some kind as awful service .how you have t been able to deliver a parcel from Radkett to Ruislip approx 7 mikes away in4 days is not good enough and like I say the 2nd employee was awful saying I can’t say the service is rubbish which then made conversation more heated.but of actual I trllige t info from him would of been nice but he did t have a clue if parcel was still there and not stolen or where it was and when going out for delivery
