I tried joining Pure Gym
I tried joining Pure Gym. I was given an offer of no joining fee and half off the first month. However, when I tried to take up the offer (which was before the deadline), there was an error and I was told to contact member services. I contacted member services via email (there is no phone number) and over 3 weeks later they have still not got back to me.

If you could get in touch with us directly with the Member Services Team (by email or via social media) to provide more information, we can help you get your membership updated. Please make sure you have sent the email correctly as within 3 weeks we would have replied.
