More expensive than they tell you.

Their merchant account, which runs on their servers, is now forcing anyone who uses their merchant services to run on a PCI server. You know how much that costs?! Better budget more than they tell you upfront because this hidden cost is going to kill you.

While it is true that we host the payments page in most cases, this does not exempt you from PCI compliance requirements. As of March 31, 2024, the PCI Council has expanded its compliance mandates, significantly impacting merchants. One key update now requires merchants who redirect to third-party hosted payment pages to conduct vulnerability scans every three months— a requirement that was previously unnecessary.

This change addresses the growing risk of outdated security measures on merchant websites, which have led to compromised cardholder data. We understand that these new requirements may add a burden, but compliance is mandated by the card brands and the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Council.

To support our merchants, we do not charge for our PCI compliance program, which assists in achieving compliance. However, a non-compliance fee applies if a merchant chooses to remain non-compliant.

Terrible quality

Terrible quality. I used to always by my under garments from this company but about 10 years ago the quality plummeted. Now they are saggy after 1 wear. Now they are selling 1-time use clothing that ends up in landfills because it can't be worn any longer.

This is a scam

I signed up for a free trial based off their Facebook ad. I deleted my account before the trial ended but they still charged me. Not once, but TWICE! They charged me $39.99 and $59.99 - I have no idea why.
And now because I don't have an account, I have no way to try and cancel anything and they keep charging my credit card each week.
Total scam. That is what I get for following a Facebook Ad.
They won't refund the charges either.

horrible spamming company

This company somehow got my email address and continues to spam me with some Cocktail Hour thing that I never signed up for. They clearly stole my personal information from somewhere. I have tried to unsubscribe but I still keep getting spammed. Avoid like the plague unless you want to be marketed to death. Desperate and horrible marketing.

AVOID or you'll be spammed to death

I don't know how they found my business email but they are relentlessly spamming me to death. I have never read this magazine and have no idea why they chose me to spam but they seem desperate. Avoid getting involved with any of their marketing or you'll NEVER get rid of them. Horrible marketing practices.

WORST COMPANY EVER

WORST COMPANY EVER. If you get locked out of your account, it says an email will be sent with instrux. THAT EMAIL WILL NEVER SHOW UP.
Then when you try to call, you can't get a human. JUST AI BOTS. Then after you call, you get a text message and they waste another 10 minutes of your time.
ALL YOU DO IS WAIT FOR THEIR TECH SUPPORT. Nobody ever helps you. The support team is run by bots and AI. No humans.
They will just waste your time and not help with anything.
You will pay riduculous fees for all the transactions and for that YOU GET NO SUPPORT. EVER.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I went to try and manage the DNS on my domains and they literally kept forcing me to sign up for some AI website crap. Now I have to get my client involved to remove all this shit that they are subscribed to.
I HATE TECH COMPANIES that force you into stuff in order to access other stuff. Are they that desperate for sales??? THEY TRY TO WEASEL YOU INTO STUFF YOU DON'T WANT OR NEED.
