I emailed three times to ask for our deposit back, and received no return of any of my emails. I had to go through my bank to enable them to regain my money back. Not impressed at all, especially we were told without any doubt we could have our deposit back with no trouble.😈

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and any frustration caused. During the period when UK Solar Experts went into administration there were a large number of enquiries and, unfortunately, some communications may not have been responded to as quickly as expected.
Deposits that were originally paid to UK Solar Experts were handled by that company prior to the administration process, which means Titan Energy does not have direct control over those funds. In many cases customers were advised to recover deposits through their bank or the relevant administration process, which appears to be the route you have successfully taken.
