They are a scam hard core they say they will sign you up for a one day trial then they charge your for a full year of subscription for$ 143.12 they are scam and will not refund anything to you.

It is definitely not our intention to bill you instantly when you start your free trial. There can be many factors into why this happened, such as you not being eligible for a free trial due to multiaccounting, which would be outlined on your dashboard page and the checkout page. It's possible these notices have been overlooked, which we understand can happen in some cases- and we try to mitigate this by making it as clear as possible for the user.

However, I would like to note that it is not our goal to mislead any customer. I genuinely believe a misunderstanding happened and if you can explain your case more by emailing support@phrasly.ai we can better assist you.
