Corsair is well known for their excellent customer support. And from recent experience I 100% agree with this!
I had an issue where I couldn't order a certain part in my country. After contact with support they came with a solution to ship the part to me, also with a VERY generous discount.
Corsair is the best and never disappointed me in terms of products, support or any other services.

Great and honest product for a good price!
This heater is perfect for my home office.
Installation was straight forward and it heats fast.

Only point of improvement is the beeping noise when changing temperature. If there would be a volume button it would get 5 stars.
I suggested this improvement via email and got response within a day that they will look into it.
