Confusing entry and abundance of equipment

I enjoyed the abundance of equipment. The entry was confusing as after standing in the "lobby" to apply for a day pass on my phone only the double circle doors allow entry to day pass members. It would be nice if there was someone there to help sign you up and take payment instead of waiting 7 minutes for an emailed code. Also noone else wipes down their machines nor puts their weights back which is disgusting and annoying. No fault of the gym really, just the people that go there.

Hi there. Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback.

As an online company, we don't have receptions. However, we have the cylinder POD doors that act as both an entrance and security system.
The POD doors monitor entrance with individual 8 digit code. As well as this, we have staff monitoring the gym in staffed hours, as well as a 24/7 CCTV team.

It is in the gym rules that members should wipe down all kit after use and return their own weights which would risk suspension, but at peak times especially it can be hard to police this.
However, staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the free weights and are looking for new ways to combat this. Thanks, PureGym
