I worked with Haloid at a FinTech Bank where I was responsible for Customer Operations. Normally in my role, I don’t directly work with developers, but Haloid was happy to speak with me directly about projects that CX wanted tackled, which was refreshing. Speed and accuracy were prioritized as well. Would recommend.
