I purchased a pair of Tn’s 16 days ago paid 45$ for post express. However, I still haven’t received the shoes yet. Australia Post confirmed that the business has created a label but has not passed the shoes onto Australia Post for delivery I tried to contact them he says he was away in London I have to wait until he get back to Sydney and then send me my tns, unprofessional and rude the way the speak, they’ve got time for posting on social media but no time to respond to our enquiries!
till now i don’t know where is my tn’s
I contacted him again this afternoon he says “i have nothing to do about it, contact your local office!”

I received fake runners from them which I was not expected, they said authentic but when it’s arrived came up with completely different then in pictures they’ve got on their website, even my wife she was next to me when I was inboxing we were shocked about quality of runners, I messaged them with some photos of runners through app live chat they done nothing to me so I had to resell runners to them for almost half price.
