Extremely Disappointing and Unreliable
I have been using iPostal1 since 2023 for four of my companies, and everything was fine until recently. Out of nowhere, without any warning email, notification, or message, iPostal1 suddenly closed one of my accounts. Their reason: my credit card was declined. However, they never informed me about any payment issue or gave me a chance to update the card before shutting the account down.
Because of this unexpected closure, I was locked out of my account for more than 34 hours, during which all my important bank statements and business mail were held back and completely inaccessible. This caused unnecessary stress and disruption to my business operations.
I contacted support immediately, but their service was extremely slow. I only received a reply after 34 hours, and during that entire time I couldn’t retrieve any critical mail or documents.
When support finally responded, they told me the account was closed because a “new card failed their verification processor.” This explanation came only after the damage was already done. No warning, no verification request, no notification—just an abrupt shutdown.
Even worse, my account was still not accessible when they replied, and the important mail continued to be delayed.
For a company that claims to handle secure and essential business correspondence, this level of unreliability is unacceptable. Virtual mailbox services must prioritize communication and timely support, especially when their actions directly affect access to important legal and financial documents.
In my opinion, iPostal1 has shown that they are not trustworthy, lack proper communication protocols, and do not have dependable customer service.
My recommendation: look elsewhere. There are many other virtual business mailbox providers that offer better reliability, better support, and proper notification processes. I cannot recommend iPostal1.
