Easy to order. Had to get in touch with them by email as I had made a mistake with my order. Prompt reply and the issue had been resolved. Kept up to date with the delivery. Delivery came at the allotted time. All stress free

All the staff were helpful and friendly. Lyndsey spent time finding us a holiday that fitted our requirements perfectly. She talked through all the documents with us and double checked everything which was reassuring. Lyndsey also gave us different options for check in and transfers.
Josh helped us download the Hayes travel card app and explained how to use it which was appreciated.
We will definitely be going back to book future holidays.
