Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company! I bought a dress over a week ago and paid $7.95 for shipping. The dress came defective and was missing the slip from under it, so it was see through!
I reached out to CityChic the same day to send them pictures and get a replacement, but they said it has to be reviewed by their escalation team. The next day, I follow up and it had to be escalated again. After a third time, I asked for a refund because the dress would not get to me in time for my baby shower and that had to be reviewed too. Asked to speak with a manager and was told someone would contact me, but they never did.
Beware of their reviews too. I tried posting so this wouldn't happen to someone else, and they delete bad reviews from their products.
