freezing cold

freezing cold. no heating seems to be on, small and two of the limited machines werent working properly.

Hi Lena. Thanks for taking the time to leave this review, we always appreciate and take on board member feedback. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken.

We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible.

Temperatures in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Thanks, PureGym
