Fast delivery, very good quality and still using it. I put hot drinks like tea or water and in the next morning it's still warm.

On January 7, I placed an online order for teas and teaware. According to UPS, the package was “delivered” on January 9—but I never received it.
I immediately contacted Moychay’s customer service, but to this day the issue remains unresolved. Their response was disappointing: they claimed it was out of their control and not their fault that the order was lost. UPS told me to contact the sender because only they can file a claim. Moychay initially said they would start an investigation, but when I followed up, I was told by Sofia from Moychay that the UPS website does not accept Excel attachments—meaning the investigation was never submitted. This was already few days past. And now 15 days later and still doesn't know what's gonna happen with the lost order and my payment and no claim or investigation submitted to the UPS.
This experience has been deeply frustrating and unacceptable. This is not an isolated incident. She told me that there were other claims of lost orders. Moychay needs to take responsibility and implement precautions to prevent this from happening again—such as having an agreement with the courier requiring a signature and valid ID upon delivery.
I will never buy online on this shop again. It's a shame because they really have good teas when I tried at their cafe in Amsterdam. That's what makes me order online in the first place.

Update to this case: Feb 5, 2026- Moychay have finally sent a refund of my payment to my order which I haven't receive. Thank you Moychay! Maybe someday when I'll be in Amsterdam I surely will visit your shop and cafe.
