Way too busy
Way too busy, cannot even get on a machine. PureGym should limit the members. Unfair and a complete waste of money. Plus after joining on their “best sale” they then reduced the membership by half price which isn’t only annoying it’s just unfair marketing. Safe to say I will be cancelling after my month.

Hi Holly - Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. We always appreciate and take on member feedback. Regarding promotions, all promotions are valid for a limited period of time and at the time of re-joining, new ones can begin.
Our gyms are indeed very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website to see how many people are in the gym.
Please also feel free to ask to switch in with a member while they rest between sets, this can also help you keep an even pace between sets. Thanks, PureGym.
