Good discounts but customer service wasn't great
I signed up to Taste Card as I had seen advertisement for 50% off of eating out at some selected restaurants. This also included a free 3 month trial period which was not supposed to be charged, it was only meant to be charged after this period, however unfortunately, I was charged during this free trial period. I contacted them multiple times to end my subscription and only got a reply over 3 weeks later! I eventually gave up attempting to cancel my subscription, and just had to deal with Taste Card charging me £30.99. This price was for 12 months so all in all it is a good price. I use it often now as I do have my subscription. The discounts are actually really good and I love trying new cuisines and different restaurants due to this new perk. The only thing I have to say is the customer service when contacting via email is not very good at all and the email responses were not at all helpful, so could be improved. Overall, a good deal in the end of this frustrating situation though!
