I ordered flowers for Mother's Day
I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Saturday at 5:30 I get an email stating first that they were delivered THEN an email saying there was problem to and call. I call and sit on hold for 30 minutes to be told no, there isn't a problem it will be delivered by 8pm. I kept pressing about the email saying something was wrong. Finally after 4 times of them checking they found the problem. The arrangement wasn't available and I would need to choose another. OK no problem.....AND another delivery date. I said when are we talking Monday? She says oh no, sometime later next week, MAYBE. Maybe? She says well you have to understand tomorrow is Mother's Day. Well Duh that's what I ordered them for. She says oh yeah that must be frustrating. I said you know what cancel it. She goes no problem and canceled and refunded it immediately like she had her finger on the button. So now my Mother in Law is SOL for anything on Mother's Day.
