I ordered flowers for Mother's Day

I ordered flowers for Mother's Day. Saturday at 5:30 I get an email stating first that they were delivered THEN an email saying there was problem to and call. I call and sit on hold for 30 minutes to be told no, there isn't a problem it will be delivered by 8pm. I kept pressing about the email saying something was wrong. Finally after 4 times of them checking they found the problem. The arrangement wasn't available and I would need to choose another. OK no problem.....AND another delivery date. I said when are we talking Monday? She says oh no, sometime later next week, MAYBE. Maybe? She says well you have to understand tomorrow is Mother's Day. Well Duh that's what I ordered them for. She says oh yeah that must be frustrating. I said you know what cancel it. She goes no problem and canceled and refunded it immediately like she had her finger on the button. So now my Mother in Law is SOL for anything on Mother's Day.

I never received my item, told to wait at least a month before I can say anything

I never received my item. They apparently sent it without tracking over 2 weeks ago and have not received anything. It was shipped through USPS as a "package" so I should have had it at least show up under informed delivery and nothing. I chatted with them and was told I would have to wait almost a month to file a claim for the loss of it and THEN they will try to rectify it. It's a pretty important part to fix my gun and they're expecting me to wait a month plus to MAYBE have a new one shipped. I will not use them again.

Bait and Switch $10-$4000 monthly fee

Completely hides that it is a pay for service. At least the email 3 days later saying if you don't subscribe to a monthly fee of $10-$4000!! You will lose everything. Well I'd rather redo and repay for everything I put it on then ever pay this scam of a company.

Doesn't keep salvage company in the loop...

Gave the salvage company the wrong time so they were hours late. Salvage company proved to me that it was Peddle and not their fault.
