I contacted the company by email in the evening asking a technical question and product compatibility, I received a phone call first thing the next morning from Luca Tamburelli who explained everything and followed up with a email. I live in the uk where this kind of customer service is rare.

All my interactions with this company have been 5 stars from speaking to Natasha on reception to the delivery driver who reverse all the way down my road so that he could get on the drive to unload exactly where I needed the pallets. Thank you I wish everyone was so helpful.
