DONT BUY FROM THEM

DONT BUY FROM THEM. They are very sneaky.
Purchased a 2 room heat transfer kit from them June 2025. After professional installation by electrician it turns out the thermostat is incompatible with the kit. There is no support at all !!! They will get you to call their various suppliers to get support as they are unable to offer any assistance. The are also VERY SNEAKY. They dont have a google review or physical site so you cannot leave negative reviews or located them. Be careful

Alibaba and the 40 Thieves !!

Alibaba and the 40 Thieves !!!
Purchase $6600 worth of product using the Trade Assurance which states buyer shall "Enjoy protection from payment to delivery".
I received $6600 worth of useless, faulty goods and logged a case with photographic evidence and an expert report. Alibaba issued me with a $100 refund.
I now have $6600 worth of faulty goods and Alibaba is supporting the 40 thieves.

Worst service and product support

Worst service and product support
Worst service and support. Do not buy from this company. Sent back a solar controller for repair 3 months ago which still has not been repaired or returned. I have lot count of the lies I have been told by representatives of Solair Group about the status of the repair. I feel that I have been ripped off, lied to and worst of all I have a 1/2 acre dam which is effectively dead due to lack of service and support by this awful company.
Purchase a solar aerator from them for $4000.

False and misleading listings. Purchased 10 items. Listing clearly showed items included bags. Items received with no bags. Contacted Temu support but of course they find in favor of supplier and cost me $100 to send back.
