Great price

Great hotel. Entertainment staff were lovely with our little boy and lots for kids to do. Less so much on for adults during the daytime other than the sports facilities and gym.

Lots of choice of food on the buffet and healthy options available which was nice to see.

Had a little issue with air con in room dripping which staff resolved very quickly for us.

Communications via the portal about legal fees and mortgage surplus was not acted upon and caused many phone calls and difficulties trying to resolve. Unable to speak directly to the case handler was problematic and led to misunderstanding and poor communication.
I am very unhappy with this service and have raised a complaint but again was not able to speak to the complaints team about this.
