My experience at my practical assessment was so good. Kim Chadwick was so Friendly ,clear what to expect, to the point with the feedback at the end. I really highly recommend Kim. I really look forward to be in her workshop or my next assessment with her in the future

We do our very best to provide a wide range of classes, so that members have a variety of ways to workout and also do so, in a short amount of time, as we understand some members are crunched for time or just prefer shorter (but effective) workouts.
