Lady a the shop reception not very customer minded.

Overall average experience. Lady a the shop reception not very customer minded. Took a lot of persuasion to get a bad product swapped.She kept repeating to only have support on specific days.Nevertheless , it got sorted at stock. Sales inside very helpful and patient. Stock management very helpful too. A lot of sales people inside ,and also open on Sunday. Check very well the goods delivered or picked up.

Avoid postnl if you do normal business

Avoid postnl if you do normal business. Articles send on 15/12. Now 29/12 , and article went back to depot 3 times ,making different false claims each time. Drivers don't leave paper message in mailbox as proof of visit. So they can claim nobody was home.

Very ,very poor customer service

Items order , paid and not delivered due to 3th party problem ,but it remains responsibility of the vendor.
Customer service only responding in French ,not in Dutch ,and only with chat online.
Items promised to be paid back , never seen the money back.
Paypal payment now blocked. Let's see if we got now some respons.
Shop on this site on your own risk , if it goes wrong ,you won't see the items ,neither the money back.

Update : Paypal refund succeeded. It took a Paypal claim to get actually refunded ,which means I forced them for a repayment. Kudos for Paypal.
So in total 1,5 month to get the money back , tons of mails , and top paypal claim. Lesson learned.

Not possible to contact anyone …

Not possible to contact anyone for sales information on dell.com . Neither through the account ,chatbot , phone.
The chatbot doesn't intercept questions , the phone menu's from all different services.
They clearly only want to sell to large enterprises.
I didn't bother to order , imagine how customer service will be then. Sorry tried it.

Wix has an issue with VAT billing

This company has an issue with VAT billing towards companies. They strangely don't include your company details in your account settings ,only in your payment order. As such I'm not sure if this is intentional or not. Please reply to this thread if you also had issues with VAT billing ,and were Wix refused to reimburse the VAT when you actually entered your proper VAT data in the form. It's a bit of shame because I send already quite some people to wix. Their product is excellent. Given I'm into CMS systems for some years ,nothing bad to be said there.
