Review of Collinson Group
Claim system is a mess.
Was told to email in to get a claim form. Submitted the claim form via email only to receive a bounceback that the email is no longer in service.
New email address says to submit claim form via website. The link is broken.
Whole thing is a scam, not even sure why my company uses this insurer.
Now 2 monthish from the claim date and nothing's happening.
