Amazing above and beyond customer service

I want to leave a huge thank you to Will at Octopus Energy. He has been absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. He was incredibly patient, empathetic, and took the time to guide me through what felt like a very complicated situation with tariffs and switching suppliers.

After a really stressful and quite traumatic experience navigating energy suppliers, Will made everything so much clearer. He carefully explained the options and helped me work out the best tariff for my circumstances without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed.

Customer service like this is rare, and it genuinely made my day — and honestly my year. Octopus Energy are lucky to have someone like Will on their team.

I really hope this feedback is seen by his seniors and managers, because he truly deserves recognition for the outstanding support he gave me. Thank you again, Will, for your kindness, patience, and professionalism.

Sara Odedra has been an amazing in what has been a very, very challenging sale and purchase. Her support and knowledge through the whole process has been outstanding. Having to deal with Yopa on the sale and Purple Bricks, who have done nothing but complicate the situation, she managed to communicated clearly and efficiently taking a lot of the burden off of me.
Sara was a delight .
A positive experience for me and I will use and recommend Sara in the future.

What a waste of time PB is

What a waste of time PB is. They have no control over sale/purchase and do nothing to improve or make the process smoother. Seems at all cost avoiding answering simple questions or taking weeks to come through. I'm the purchaser, goodness knows how they are treating the vendor. They have no saving graces and have not in any way redeemed themselves for the poor service I have received. Even when you put head of customer services on the email (Emma Sherratt), you don't get follow up. I will never use them to purchase a property or to sell one. Sellers beware. You might be getting a low cost price for the fee but you will not get a fast or easy sale.

Concept is good when it works

Concept is good when it works. When it doesn't, it is exhausting. Daniel was very helpful but I feel at times of difficulty instead of finding solutions to issues the hard to please buyer's raised, he would pass onto me. At times it was unnecessarily stressful. The last 2 months of the sale, I think I cried every day and has a dread of opening emails or texts relating to the sale.
