I had an issue with my subscription which was down to DPD. I rang and spoke to Callum and he was amazing even went out of his way to deliver the food himself. My dog absolutely loves the food here it’s amazing quality made with care. I am a customer for life

Absolutely disgusting service. Can not speak to anyone. Parcel was due to be delivered on Saturday I was given a window. They turned up an hour before the window. I was in the house no knock just a text to say delivery attempted. Still saying out for delivery 3 days I have waited and can not speak to anyone to chase it!!!
Review of PureGym UK
I joined pure gym after a health scare and it’s the best decision I have ever made. It’s such a great atmosphere, the staff are incredible. I do have a personal trainer Lizy who is a life saver nothing is ever too much and she tailors everything to my body and my mind. Every member of staff I have spoken too is so nice and helpful.

Absolutely incredible!! Mark and Michael are a credit to your company. Funny guys, quick and very helpful. They took my door off to make sure nothing was damaged, put it back on and stopped it dragging on the floor
