They removed me from the network on a…

They removed me from the network on a Saturday after their phone drones had gone home for the evening so no help was available until 10 o'clock Sunday morning! Not on the phone however because I couldn't use my phone because id been removed from the network due to having a 2g sim on a phone id got on contract from them in October??? The tesco mobile department doesn't open until 10 on a Sunday so ive got to wait until then to begin the solving process? 1 tesco mobile idiot pawed and stabbed and breathed all over my phone only to tell me that he couldn't do a sim swap but his colleague could?? Why do you need to putting your manky paws on it for then? No 2 idiot then takes out old sim, puts in new sim and then old number i need transferred and the number of the sim which is receiving the transfer. I didnt see the need for a brain surgery degree to carry out that task so it baffles me why idiot number 1 couldn't do it? Ive got 18 months left of my contract and im away because its painful being a customer.

Shambles!

I made an order on a Friday morning early before anyone working at berghaus had even hit snooze on their alarm clock, it was unclear if the order had gone through so a duplicate was made. I tried to cancel one of the orders no more than 5 hours later (not long after 9) and was told that wasnt possible because the order had been given to the warehouse blah blah some nonsense etc and I would need to return it for a refund. One of the orders despatched on the Saturday and the other one today (Monday). In what way was there no time to cancel one of the orders during this period? Plus they won't be delivered until Saturday, so that's a full 8 days before I can even start the returns and refund process, 3-5 days to get it back then its the weekend before any processing gets done. Then another few days to process a refund and another week probably for it to go back into my bank!! So all in all you'll have had my money for a month nearly!! You'll likely be ending up with both orders back and me buying montane gear instead.

Realised Ive ordered the wrong size but…

Realised Ive ordered the wrong size but I cant amend it, you're closed all weekend so I cant even cancel it, now first thing Monday morning before your customer service phone lines are open im emailed to say the orders been processed and dispatched. This must have happened over the weekend so somewhere was open and could've easily either cancelled it so I could reorder the correct size or just amend the order prior to being processed and dispatched. Now I have to go through the returns process and pay 4.99 again. I won't be able to start this process until Friday, as that's how long it's taking evri to deliver it to me! I cant contact evri to ask them not to pick up the parcel from you either! I won't be back to frasers!

Received my return and processed the exchange the same day, extremely easy to deal with either on the phone or by email and the original order arrived earlier than expected. The only drawback is that the order needs to be signed for!

You didn't fulfill my order 10 days ago…

You didn't fulfill my order 10 days ago like your email suggests. It arrived last Friday which was 8 days ago. Out of 3 companies I made orders with on the same day, yours was the longest to process, give to the delivery company and actually have delivered. I was constantly lied to regarding the order status at all stages of the order by customer service staff and the only reason I didn't cancel the order and ask for a refund is because of the hassle it would be to send it back to you before you even start processing my refund. Given the amount of time it took you to sort out my order when I was giving you money, I was highly dubious about the potential for a speedy resolution when I'm after money back from your company.

Ordering was easy

Ordering was easy, delivery was prompt. Your returns policy isnt particularly clear though, I need to return a suit cover because the zips broken/not there and I don't see how to go about this while not paying more to send it back than it cost!
