Can’t access my documents on line and…
Can’t access my documents on line and after being told it was fixed, i still have the same problem. Told to clear my cookies when it is a system fault at their end. I have still been unable to check all documents relating to my policy

Unwilling to help with changing flights
We have booked to fly to Orlando from Edinburgh in December. We had a 2 hr 45 minute connection time between landing in EWR and our MCO flight. United have reduced the connection time Twice to 1 hr 45 minutes and love holidays won’t move us to a later connecting flight asking us to pay another £2.5k to amend. Not being able to talk to anyone and having to discuss this through live chat is not good customer service. I have been extremely disappointed with the love holiday experience and will not be using their services again. Once they have your money that’s seems to be when good customer service stops.
You now contacted the lead passenger and your response to my complaint was again poor. A simple phone call from you to our airline is all that is needed as they have confirmed they would change our flights free of charge but no you still want £2700. Enjoy our money as you will not get another penny from us again. By far the worst customer service I have experienced from a so called travel company.
