The Product itself is an amazing Idea and functions very well. however, that's where the good stops. The Companies main website (shopify) is now offline, and most distributors either have limited supply left or none. It seems like the company has hit some production issues and just decided to fold. seriously frustrating for anyone who might want filters for the pipe, if you can find them in stock buy em all up!

Great piece of software, but unfortunately, it seems the entire company has been downsized to one individual who is extremely rude. They have a primitive account login system that requires you to unlink from an old PC before moving to a new one. So, if you forget, you must email them. I did this, and the person who replied was, from the first line, questioning my ability to read. I don't recommend anyone invest any money into this software or use it at all.

Really lovely customer service and an amazing product.
