Excellent visit today. Took Dacia in for a service. The RDV time was adhered to. All staff were pleasant and friendly. Suprise! They washed our car before returning it to us( it was dirty- 😔 sorry.) Thank you all very much.

Ordered several plants in early Spring. 2 looked dead and 3 of the others were frankly, just twigs. I complained, sent photos and was told to "wait" .I waited nearly 2 months and wrote again with the photos that had been requested. They replied with a further request for photos and a copy(front and back) of the order and guarantee. I don't have time for all this. It's like they don't believe you!
Look at the responses to the complaints on this page. Are they done by robots?? No SAV! Poor. Won't use again.
