Questionable transparency: no official address, no phone number, return ignored
My Flyte product failed after just 18 months. Support told me to send it in—my parcel was accepted on the very last possible day. They then asked for my order number, and since then there has been no response despite multiple follow-ups. My property remains with Flyte, with no repair, no replacement, and I’m left covering the shipping costs.
What’s especially concerning:
No clearly listed, serviceable business address on the website
No telephone number—only a form/email
Unreliable communication, messages go unanswered
For a brand marketed as “premium,” this comes across as untrustworthy: poor transparency, no reliable contact options, and zero customer care when something goes wrong. Never again.
