We booked for a car in Auckland City.

The lady wanted me to sign the form that I had inspected the car -before she let me inspect the car and I kept telling her I haven't seen it yet but she kept trying to get me to sign it beforehand.
And the other sales guy at the counter said I should have paid for the gold insurance (I paid for the silver one) because cars always come back with 'a chip'.
When I inspected the car to mark off all the imperfections, it had sooo many small dents, horrible gutter rashes, and scatches and multiple window chips. The car worked well though.

I was nervous that the company might blame me for one of the marks left when I didn't do it - due to the way the staff were acting.

Luckily I returned it and they didn't charge me when we returned it to the airport.

Easy way to earn money back. Some purchases did not register despite going through shopback website.

Some hotels I booked actually turned out to be more expensive via shopback link than without. So beware! Double check before booking hotels.
